Corner Beech House is a delightful, welcoming Lake District Bed and Breakfast with well-appointed guest accommodation. It has won a Breakfasts Award by the AA, and achieved four stars for the high quality accommodation.

All the B and B rooms are comfortable and spacious. As with the rest of the building and grounds, the B&B accommodation is entirely non-smoking, for the comfort of our guests.

The rooms have been upgraded to a high standard this year to help you feel truly at home, and the building retains its traditional, impressive Edwardian characteristics.

Some of our double rooms have wonderful views of Morecambe Bay. Others have luxurious super king size beds.

Each tastefully furnished B & B guest room is ensuite and provides:

- Free wi-fi
- Widescreen television with Freeview tv and radio stations
- Hairdryer
- DVD player
- Radio alarm clock
- Complimentary shortbread
- Tea and coffee making facilities, hot chocolate, fruit teas
- Bottled water, both still and sparkling

Two of our Bed & Breakfast rooms are twin rooms, each with two single beds. These have a flexible layout to enable them to become a luxurious superking size bed if preferred. The remaining guest rooms all provide a double bed.

We have no family rooms, and do not take children under 17 years old.

Our rate per night (including breakfast) is:
£35-£44 per person based on two people sharing (£70-£88 for a double or twin room).
We offer a discount off our full rate for single occupancy whenever possible (£49 per room)
We do not increase our rate at Bank Holidays, Christmas or New Year.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 9.30am for our Bed and Breakfast guests, in the bright and spacious breakfast room, with views over Morecambe Bay.

There is no additional charge for breakfast.

We have received a Breakfast Award from the AA for the quality and choice that we offer:

- Tea (including herbal and fruit teas) and ground coffee.
- Cereals, fruit juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit.
- Full cooked Cumbrian breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, or lighter options.
- Toast, honey, home-made preserves and marmalade.

We have gluten-free bread available for toast for those with allergies or gluten intolerance.

We take advantage of the delicious produce available locally.

Our hearty Full Cumbrian Breakfast includes free-range egg, mushrooms and vine tomatoes with Cumbrian Fellbred bacon and locally produced Cumberland sausage from our award-winning butcher in Grange-over-Sands. You can choose lighter options or a cooked vegetarian breakfast from our breakfast menu.
