Booking Terms
Deposit: Bookings
made more than 14 days prior to arrival require a non-returnable deposit of
50%.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of
100% of the booking. No shows or early departures will incur a charge of 100% of the
booking.
Smoking: Corner Beech House and its grounds are entirely non-smoking.
Breakfast is
served between 8.30am and 9.30am
Check-in: Between 3.00pm and 9.00pm (We have no flexibility for
later check-ins but let us know if you'd like to arrange an earlier
arrival and we're happy to oblige when possible but this
isn't always possible on a Friday or Saturday). Arrivals after 9.00pm
will be counted as a no-show as there is no check-in facility after this
time.
Check-out: We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.00am
Children: We do not accommodate children under 17 years old
Bank Holidays: Some Bank Holidays require that a minimum length of stay is
booked.
