We love starting each day by welcoming you to breakfast in our bright dining room overlooking Morecambe Bay. There’s something special about sharing good food and local stories as you plan your day’s adventures.
With large windows offering spectacular views across Morecambe Bay, it’s the ideal setting to plan your day’s adventures while enjoying quality local produce prepared with care.
Breakfast Experience
Breakfast is served à la carte between 8:00am and 9:00am. To ensure a relaxed and unhurried dining experience, we allocate breakfast times during check-in and ask guests to pre-order their selections before 8:00pm the evening before.
This approach allows us to prepare each breakfast to perfection and create a calm, enjoyable atmosphere to start your day.

Local Sourcing
We’re passionate about showcasing the incredible local produce from our Cumbrian neighbours.

- Meat: Our bacon, black pudding and sausages come from multi-award-winning local butcher, Higginsons of Grange
- Bread: Freshly baked and delivered by The Hazelmere Bakery in Grange-over-Sands
- Fruit & Vegetables: Sourced from R.A. & J.S. Fletcher & Sons in Grange
- Coffee & Tea: Supplied by Atkinsons of Lancaster

Dietary Requirements
We understand that many guests have specific dietary needs:
- We take allergies very seriously and ask that you let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements
- We offer gluten-free alternatives for those with gluten intolerance
- Various dairy-free milks and vegan butter are available
